He has served until recently as the Division President, EnPro Industries and President, of Stemco LLC. Before his retirement from Stemco, he brought fame to his company's advanced lean manufacturing system and earned a place as a national model for lean systems.

He has a solid track record of growth in financial performance. Known for his expertise in new product development and innovation, Richard Andrews led his company to record sales and earnings.

Andrews currently serves on the board of directors of several companies, and is president of the board of directors of the Longview Economic Development Corporation. He also works with numerous civic and community initiatives, including his city's Mayoral Financial Advisory Committee.
